Good Morning! Isn't that little bird so darned cute? It is a FREE digi image from Fresh Squeezed Stamps for the challenge this week. I think he is so sweet and I had to whip up a last (I keep saying that) Christmas card. What do you think? If you like it, can you stop over HERE and "Like" my card to increase my chances of winning a free stamp set. Thanks in advance for the vote. Thanks and have a great New Year.

Mr and Mrs........
Hello! It is the post Christmas holiday blues (or shall I say recovery). We are still not done, I will be having a handful of guests here this weekend and then we have a wedding. So I had to make this wedding card and thought I would follow the Cheery Lynn challenge again this week (lace). So I put some real lace along the side and then added a heart that kind of looks lacy. Of course I had to add some pearls as well. The lacy heart, the bottom of the matted heart and the flourish are all Cheery Lynn. Have a great weekend!

Spirit of Christmas
Hello Dear Friends,
I just wanted to take this time to say Merry Christmas to you and your families. This has to be my favorite time of the years since I know the family will all be home and together and we will get to enjoy one another's company. I think that having my son off to college the last 2.5 years has changed my perspective, although I have always loved the Christmas holidays. I have also always tried to incorporate the true meaning of Christmas which was taught to me as a young child as well as the importance of the spirit of giving. I thoroughly love the looks on their faces when they get gifts that they didn't even ask for and didn't even know they wanted (but apparently did!) and when they get to give and receive of one another, it just warms my heart. What is your favorite part of the holidays?
This picture is one of my mantle, I changed up my decor this year and incorporated silver, glass, white and bulbs. I struggled so much with getting it all together but am happy with it now. Merry Christmas!

Vintage Holidays
Merry Christmas Eve to all the wonderful ladies that stop in. I have to work this morning and then we will be spending the day with family and of course eating wonderful yummies! But last night I had some time to myself and so I decided to make a last minute card. I wanted it to be vintage and non traditional colors even though I did bring in the red- it has a wonderful splash of blue and tan. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas!

Last minute
Good morning, just getting some last minute things in order this weekend: final groceries, wrapping, etc. So I thought I would just post this card which is one of my last ones that I made. I do really love hanging the flags on these cards, cute and simple. I hope that you are all ready for Christmas and can start to enjoy family.

Finishing up.......
Hello, so this last weekend I did finish up all my Christmas cards, reluctantly I might add. I am still having fun making Christmas cards and tags, don't really want to stop. But then again we will be working on Valentine's soon, right? So this card is one of the last ones I made, I used a little chipboard snowman that I used TH Crackle paint (these came from the $1 bin at Michael's). The little flower was my first attempt at using the spellbinders blossom that I got......... still need to work on this though. So anyways- hope your cards are coming along and they will all be out on time. If not, start on New Years Cards (that is what I did last year.... LOL!).
Have a great day!

Gina's Design..........
Gina's Designs Design Team!!!!!
I am so excited to announce that I have been invited to join Gina's Designs team. I can not wait to get started playing with and altering chipboard. For all of you that have stuck with me you know I love to get grungy with it, making it shabby, inking it and distressing it. Oh how I love chipboard and Oh how excited I am. I hope you will come back and see my creations after the New Year (well come back before that though!)
And just a little bit of holiday cheer. Here are a few more of my Christmas tags that I have been making.

Home Decorating
Are you addicted to pinterest? I know I have been having a wonderful time getting home decorating ideas and this is one of them. I bought all my bulbs at Michael's (glittery santa suit balls, glittery gold stars, and cylindrical ornaments.)
This is what the hanging ornaments looks like from below. As you can see this is all started from the wreath that is tucked up above the lights: easy peasy to make and should be easy to store. Hope this gives you some inspiration.

Picture This!
Hello! I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend. I did some shopping this weekend in an attempt to complete it and nope, still not done. Then I worked on Christmas cards so I can hopefully get these out in the mail this Monday. Some people will get photos so I thought it was perfect for the Just Rite Picture This challenge going on right now. I used some of my old SU designer papers and the simple but perfect Just Rite sentiment. Then I can tuck the photo into the pocket along with a gift card or whatever I choose to send in this holiday photo card.
Have a Great Day!

BELIEVE
Hello, I am so glad you stopped in because I have not posted in a week! I have been working on holiday "stuff" and although I have done some crafting not much else is getting done: hence the lack of posting.
So I thought I would bring to you this little altered jar. I really just covered it with some BG holiday papers, added the Believe sentiment (Tim Holtz) some ribbon, snow and tinsel and good to go! This picture probably does not do it justice as I think it is just so pretty and vintage- a perfect spot for a gift card don't you think?
