I have no idea what company makes this image, I got it from a class I took (and can't recall the company, guess I am not a good model for advertisement, ha ha!) and thought I would color him. The DSP is the basic grey newest pack, love the reds and greens (and blues!) in it. I matched his scarf but you can not tell very well. Little satin ribbon and a buckle and he is good to go.
