Happy Sunday! But beware of that weather out there (for those living in Michigan), geesh, rain, thunder, lighting, more rain, then throw in some tornadoes! Today I took a quick trip to Target, not having listened to the radio or anything, get there and they tell me I have 2 choices, 1. I can go to the back of the store to sit in their safe zone or 2. I could leave. I guess we had a tornado warning and they couldn't let me shop. So on the way back home (I chose to leave) I had to maneuver around 2 downed trees and a ton of debris! I guess maybe I shouldn't have been out there. :) So lets get on to today's card. I got my very first order from Waltzingmouse stamps last week and was not able to do anything with them till this weekend. I was so anxious to get this doily set inked up and so I thought I would play along with their challenge too. I chose 4 colors that were inspiring to me, although not really springy or summery I do how they all went together. The DSP is from my new Basic Grey paperpack. The sentiment came with the doily set, aren't they just gorgeous? Maybe you'll join us!

Framed!
Hello and welcome for visiting today! Today's card is for the ODBD- Frame it with Texture challenge. I am once again stocking up on my birthday cards so I couldn't resist the pink and browns for this one. I also got this sweet little nestabilities last weekend wanted to make the frame. It is very simple and elegant, just wondering if I should add some rhinestones to the sentiment or bow. Hm............... :)
Alright- I hope we are gonna get some warm weather again but I have an idea it will be some more rain! Have a good one!

Flowers Abound....................
Hello - another Monday! Thought I would share another flower card. This week I pulled out those little making memories flowers (mixed jar) and put them together with the making memories brads: layering them on the lacey circle nestabilities. This card is simple and so cute, the picture just doesn't capture it. The background is cuttlebug styled flowers (an oldie but sweet one). The sentiment is also layers on the scalloped oval nestability.
That is all for today ladies- have a great week!

Taking your breath away
Welcome Everyone! It has been a busy week at our house and I feel like I have not crafted for so long, even if it has only been since the weekend. I still need to show you all what I did at the Scrapbook Expo. In the meantime, this sweet card is one I made for the ODBD Stamping In Time Challenge- TAG. As soon as I saw the challenge I knew what tag I wanted to use, it just has a vintage feel to it and goes fab with this paper pack, don't you think? The paper is one of the new Basic Grey Stella Rose if I recall- this is wonderful paper too! I hope you will stop over to ODBD and join us!

What's Brewin?
Hello Everyone! Thanks for stopping in again today. Isn't this card hot? LOL! No, really I just thought that little cup of Jo was the cutest thing. Then to mix it with these wonderful October Afternoon papers. I was actually inspired by the colors/theme from the TCP Challenge this week and the MOJO Monday sketch so I put this one together last evening. I am not a coffee drinker and none of my friends are big ones either- but I am sure someone will enjoy getting it.
If you are looking for something to do- stop over for some inspiration!
