Happy Tuesday (late in the day as it may be!) Today's card is my take on the Mojo Monday sketch this week. The paper is my new MME Lime Twist, scrumptuous isn't it? I have been having so much fun making halloween cards but had to stop and get another birthday card. My goal is at the end of October to have at least 6-8 birthday cards on hand. So here is number 5! Another short post- need to try to catch up on some posts and gotta watch Ringer! 
So today's card is one that I made for the Mojo sketch challenge this week and also using it for the Cropstop blocking challenge again. This paper is authentique and it is just gorgeous isn't it? I love all the combinations in the pack. The sentiment is from Verve. The ribbon I have been hoarding because I just love the grey/silver and now I am about out! Noooooo!, so guess it iwll be time to reorder. :) Have a great day.
Hello! I would like to thank you for stopping by today. This particular card is one that I made some time ago for one of the Verve challenges. It is a very simple card but elegant and of course, those can be my most favorite cards. And see that little flower peeking at you? Yep, that is one of my little heartfelt creations/spellbinder flowers. This is definately growing to be one of my most favs! 
I mean you know how I always talk about not having enough birthday cards, right? Well I figured I would make some that were a little less girlie and frilly using the Mojo sketch. Maybe ones I could send to a male. Uhem, well I guess I have no idea what I was thinking! I showed it to my husband and he said, "absolutely not..... what is with the dots? And if these were screws it might be a guy card." So- I guess I didn't realize these were not the right colors, that you can not use lines/dots for male cards. What makes a good male card? 
Ah............. hello everyone. So glad that you stopped on over. Today I got to use my brand new pad of DSP. It is double sided and it coordinates which I love- it seems so many companies are making them so they don't match well, which is disappointing. So I got to finally work on the Mojo Monday challenge and this is what I came up with. I went with a Valentine card since I do want to send them out this year. I guess I am getting a little addicted to this theme, so cute and yummy! (no I am not eating them.... ) Have a wonderful day!

Hello Friends! I hope you had a good Sunday. We celebrated my son's 18th birthday with family. I am stuffed, lots of yummy food! Oh my- and the amount of desserts we had was crazy! I don't think that I should eat for a week but I honestly want to start over it was all so good! LOL. 
Today's card is using one of my new Stampin Up sets, ready for Christmas? Well I am not really, as it is in the 90's but it is refreshing to make some holiday cards. First I colored the stamp with real red and olive green and stamped it on cream cardstock. The design paper is kraft and I used the new SU embossing folder (love it!). 
The wavy bottom I used my flexible ruler by bobunny.
Isn't this the sweetest bear? I got this as a gift in a swap that I am in (thank you Kelly!). It is my very first LOTV stamp and I just love him. He reminds me of my son's very first teddy bear. Anyways, it has been a long time since I used my copics so I did use them to color this image. The sketch is the Mojo Monday sketch for this first week of July and as always- Julee has done another beauty! The DSP is Stampin Up as are all the cardstocks. Some of the new yummy colors (pear, tangerine). 
The paper is October Afternoon, stamps are Happy Days and the flowers are colored with my copics. I have been for some reason looking at my cards again after I post them in a different light and then wanting to change them.............. anyone else do that? I hope you like it.

I was in need of a few Birthday cards for the month of May- it seems like 1/2 my family and 1/2 of my friends have May birthdays! So this one is for a friends, can't say who in case her or some of the other gals check here. But I do think that she will find it funny!
LOOK, look.......... this paper is October Afternoon Thrift Shop. I found these papers about 3 weeks ago and just fell in love with them. They have several lines that are wonderful and vintage feel and well, I am into vintage right now. Are those little flowers just the sweetest little things and look at the little clear flower button, it is from Webster's Pages. I still feel like I need something to add to this card and I am not sure what it is but for now it will stay.
The DSP is from K&Co and all the carstock is Stampin Up. Stop on over and give it a try! 
This is the MoJo Monday challenge by the way- is it not the sweetest sketch? The paper is DCWV paper pack. Actually the base is one side of the paper and the smaller piece is the backside of that paper. 
Well I am back! I feel like I have abandoned you all but thank you all for your wonderful comments over the last week or so! Today's card is one that I made for two challenges: Mojo Monday and then Little Paper Shop (required pink, white and black). The colors that I used here I find are so striking to use together. I mean, typically I would not use black on a Valentine's card but I just love it. The DSP is all Stampin Up as is the cardstock, then I used a couple punches/flowers to add a little zip to it all.

I needed a card to accompany a package and so I used this challenge to make this card for it.
