Michelle- email me your address to steinrn@yahoo.com and I will send out your goodies this week! Please put BLOG CANDY WINNER in the subject so I see it easily!

Simple Elegance

Today's card is something that I was thinking about in my head, just very simple and yet pretty. You know, sometimes you just need that note card to give to someone for something special they've done but it doesnt have to be frilly with lots of bells and whistles? Well this is the card I had in my head and because it is all white I found it hard to photo- so I think it looks much better in real life.

The card is just a white base that I put through the CB and embossed it with a folder. The tag is one of the Nesties Tags and I just used it without any layering to keep it simple. You can get a variety of folders and Spellbinder Nesties over at KLStampinNScrappin: Kelly also has 10% off Magnolia stamps all the time and a special during month of FREE shipping on orders over $75, just us code MarchMad.

Don't forget to come back later and I will announce the winner of my BLOG CANDY!

Birthday Blog Candy

BLOG CANDY- THIS WILL STAY AT THE TOP UNTIL MARCH 14TH

PLEASE READ BELOW FOR NEWER POSTS!!
It has been awhile since I have done any blog candy so I thought it might be time to post some. So, I am going to do it in coordination of my birthday this month. I can't believe how fast the year is already flying by which means my birthday sneaks up on me and I get another year older. Ugh............... we won't even go there (as I am sure you all feel like me!). So here is what I am giving away:

Magnolia Tilda Shopping Stamp (this is foam mounted)
Keller's Creations Chipboard Album
CTMH papers
Color Box Peony pigment ink pad
CC Designs SugarPlum Scenery Stamp Set (coordinates with Magnolias)

Kelly over at KLStampinNScrapping has also been so kind to donate this wonderful little Sugar Plum scenery set that will go with the Magnolia's. Thank you so much Kelly! For more of these sweet stamps check out the store: Kelly is offering free shipping on orders over $75 right now too!

So what do you have to do? Well let me tell you and then you can go ahead and get started!

1. Add a post on your blog linking visitors here to this blog candy- if you do not have a blog- that is alright!
2. Post a comment here by 9pm March 14th

I will keep this open until Saturday March 14th because that is my birthday and will post the winner via random generator on Sunday the 15th. Good luck and thanks for joining me!

Cheers 007

Katharina was having a design team call and I thought I would join it. I just got this WOJ Charlie 007 from Bizzy Becs and I just love him. For one, my hubby is an avid Bond Fanatic, we have all the Bond movies, we see them the day of release, have the books of all the gadgets, etc..... so when I saw this stamp I had to have it.

We had to follow this sketch which I really liked. I went with black and white because I wanted it to be elegant. The paper is from a DCWV paper pack. I know I will use this sketch over and over.

Don't forget about my blog candy, will be back tomorrow with the winner.

Fabulous You!

Stamps: SU Tart N Tangy, Absolutely fabulous
DP: SU rasberry tart
Cardstock: Pink Piroquet, Coral, real red, Kiwi kiss

Hello everyone. This is a card that I put together for a class I am teaching. I absolutely love this paper and it was good b/c I never use my cameo coral cardstock and this really let me bring it out and put it to use. Overall, this card is just a sweet cheerful pick "you up" kind of card and you can always use them. I hope the gals at the class enjoy it.

Sorry it is short today but busy week out here in California.

Sugar Bowl

I wanted to join the Sugar Bowl Challenge this week and it was to make a Christmas card using a sugar nellie image. I was not planning on doing anymore christmas cards, LOL! I didn't have a christmas stamp/image so I tried to improvise and use some holiday paper and embellishments. I used a nesties to layer and this is a new set I just got last week at Hobby Lobby. The paper is a basic grey from a stack that some people sent to me.

Cupcakes and Birthdays

It is another NEW Tilda from KLStampinNScrappin along with the BG cupcake paper. This is a great paper pack because it has great birthday papers but many are very versatile and can be used for other things. The magnolia's are 10% off so go and check them out- and take a look at the new magnolias for Easter- they are too darned cute that you'll want them all~!

I colored Tilda with copics along with a couple of balloons, which I cut out and popped up to give it a little dimension. The birthday sentiment is from one of my Stampin Up sets.
