I just laugh when I read this card, it is a Waltzingmouse image and I always think "If only a powder could be used on someone to make them laugh or be happy". You know someone in your life that could use some of that powder? The sketch is I heart sketches and this month Waltzingmouse is sponsoring the challenge so I thought it fitting to use their stamps.
