Whats on your Work Desk Wednesday?

Ok, I found this Julia's blog and she posts every Wednesday a picture of her workdesk, no matter what- it gets its picture taken and then you get to see what she is working on. Sometimes it is projects and other times it is clean (not very often but just sayin....). So I thought I would join in and play along from time to time. Now usually this is what my workdesk looks like, I know I am kind of anal but I can not leave it a mess! Honestly I think it would keep me up at night and then I would dread coming back in to work at it. So after a vacation this is what it looks like. You can see some remnants of what I was working on though, the little vintage tags, you might recall some cards I posted a few days ago with them. Then off to the left there is a little heart jar and tin with candies in it- left over form the little goody bags that I made. Then a few little cut outs and last but not least some colored images.

Now we are going to do a little panning to the right to see what else is going on in my work area:

Ah, what do you think? I love my punches and used to keep them in a drawer and always forgot to use them....... UNtill my hubby made this wonderful rak for me. I actually have 2 of them now and I am loving them. I still put my border punches in a drawer but I do not hesitate to use them anytime now! Those little buckets that hang on the bottom I keep my glue gun and other little things I want at fingertip in.

So come on, come join us and see what everyone else's desk looks like, what they are working on and what organization they use. It is fun.

How utterly divine - how I would love to be more like you. You're sweet to say my desk is sometimes clean; I think you mean tidy, as I can't remember the last time I cleared and cleaned it! Gulp. Your punch rack is an inspiration..may talk to Mr Dunnit about that - do you mind if I copy? Come back and show us what your non-post-vacation desk looks like huh?!

What a very neat area and great storage for your punches. I never tire of seeing other crafters' storage solutions...

Great desk, I too can't leave my crafting area in a mess. I don't mind leaving some things out if I'm half way through a project but that's about it! Great punch storage, those men in our lives come in handy at times!
