Well I know that many of you are probably giggling, thinking Heidi we know you've been challenged for some time but you might not want to share that with everyone on the world wide web- and I am glad that I can give you all a good Friday laugh. BUT that is not at all what I meant, as so as it may be. Instead a fellow blogger has given me, well not just me but all her readers, a challenge to use little animals on their cards. I have plenty of images and just needed a little kick start to use them. I wanted to go masculine because it is even more challanging for me and I just love the porcupines. So here is the first one- I used my slit punch to make the scallop edge on that strip as well then pierced it with my piercer. Overall I like this one! What do you think? But I did not stop there- this card I made from another image that was sent to me. I love this Moose- now he is not a small critter but he is still an animal so I am hoping Kimmie will be alright with him. I had to free hand stamp the statement using a bunch of my different stamps to get the letters I needed. I wanted it to be a little off center and that was EASY!So there you go- two animals for today. I have some cute little Magnolia's for you next- Tilda is her name and she is sweet- so stop back!

Great job with your animals, Heidi! I especially love that moose!! How cute and thanks for joining in the challenge!!
Well you told me to only pick 2 styles to work on at one time, well I found my first as I have lots of animal stamped images that I'm not quite sure what to do with, so I'm going to lift your first card and try to put one of my animals on it. Wish me luck. I love the moose to, he's my fave, but the first card style I think works better for the images I have.
I like your cards. The hedgehog with the balloon is too cute!

Hey Heidi,
I'm catching up on my blog reading - you've posted some really great projects!! I love that Moose!!! Would it be possible to get an image or two of that (I'll trade ya for something) - that would be perfect for a birthday card for my son who will be 13 in a month. It's a thing between he, his Dad and I that we've had since he was tiny. I would love that!! Email me!
