Hope

When I saw the ODBD Scrapbook Challenge which required the use of a ODBD stamp I new immediately what I would scrap. This photo was taken when my husband and I went down to Mississippi after Katrina hit with our mission team. We were out driving along the coast way and it was just all bleak and devastated. At a light, I looked to my left and this is what I saw. Daffodils amongst destruction: everything was browns and here were these beautiful yellow and green flowers- I have never felt so much HOPE and PEACE as I did at that moment. And I don't know about you- but this sentiment just always rings so true in my head- and it was perfect for this image.
