The Savior is born

Ah- another holiday card that I did for a couple of challenges. First the sketch is one for the Verve November Challenge and then for the Stampin Sisters in Christ I had to make a card that had a shadow box. The Christ the Savior is actually set back and then the box around it is raised up. The Ribbon and the punch are from SU and I just find this card to be simple, old fashioned and refreshing I think.

Well I am off to California all............. I will be posting for sure on Friday but have to see what I come up with this evening to determine if I have anything else to post! Take care.

Pretty card, what wonderful use of red and white. I like the added touch of the sparkling flowers. Thanks for joining in on the SSCC this week!

This is so pretty. I love the flowers around the frame to your shadow box. I think having the window off center is very eye catching.

Ahh, what a lovely card for Christmas. Terrific sentiment too. I am still trying to get enough handmade cards made up for the holiday season. I usually mail them out on Black Friday, but I am running a bit behind this year. Oooh, California sounds wonderfully warm compared to here!! lol Have a safe trip! Hugs, Kel
